The location was excellent and favourable, really close to restaurants and attractions, and the areas with more to do. I loved brand-new and reasonably large room with a clean bathroom.

I have just returned from a great stay in this charming boutique hotel. Brand-new and big size rooms. - Staff is very kind. - You can park your car on site. - It is located right across the street from the World Trade Center.

Stylish separation between bedroom and living room with glass partition and curtain. Great location near WTC and Pepai Center with convenient access to Metrobus and EcoBici. Friendly staff and secure parking. Lovely stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel opposite the World Trade Fair Center in a great area with plenty of cafes, shops, and public transport. The large suite I stayed in had a spacious balcony, private toilet and shower, and a separate bedroom with a safe, air conditioning. The room also had a dining area with a large table and chairs, a sitting area with a stone table and additional air conditioning, and a work area with a comfortable chair and laptop sockets. The WiFi was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was spacious, with a big balcony, comfortable bed, and all the amenities I needed. The location was fantastic, right across from the World Trade Fair Center and close to cafes, shops, and public transport. The staff at Residencias Filadelfia were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

I also enjoyed the view from my balcony. it was a fantastic experience!

During our romantic escape, we were delighted with the exceptional service from the moment of check-in until check-out. The staff always showed interest in making our stay more comfortable. The room was spacious and well equipped with modern amenities, such as a large smart tv, comfortable bed, and a nice mini bar. Additionally, the hotel’s location was perfect, near several restaurants, and exciting nightlife. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, allowing us to keep in touch with our loved ones.

On the downside, the hotel faced some noise problems in the early hours of the morning from a nearby club. Moreover, the towels in the room were not in the best condition and could use some improvement.

I loved having a mini fridge in the room as well, it made it so much easier for me to store snacks and drinks. The staff was absolutely fantastic, always helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The hotel also had great amenities, including Wi-Fi and a fitness center, which I definitely took advantage of. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone!
